Orders over $300 ship free. This does NOT apply to wholesale customers.

All orders are shipped via Fedex Overnight with guaranteed delivery by 10:30AM. The day your order ships you will receive an automated message from the site confirming that the items were shipped out.

Please make sure that you select a day which you will be home to accept the shipment upon first attempt at delivery. If you choose FEDEX Hold For Pickup you must pick up your package within four hours of the location opening. Our DOA policy is simple! In the unlikely event that you experience a loss just send us a clear digital image of the specimen within two hours of delivery for full credit. DOA claims submitted after the two hour time frame will be reviewed on an individual basis at management’s discretion. We do not offer refunds at this time. Under no circumstance is  the customer to reject delivery of an order this will void our DOA guarantee. If the package is leaking or damaged please document the damage with FEDEX and contact us immediately. Please do not discard the specimen without authorization from Reefers Direct, doing so will void our DOA guarantee. We cannot solve a problem if we are not aware of it, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns regarding a shipment. If we do not hear about your shipment via email, phone call or Facebook messenger we will assumed that everything arrived in perfect condition and no further action is required on our part. We do NOT provide DOA coverage on replacement orders. We will always work with you to ensure your transaction is 100% satisfactory. By submitting an order you are agreeing to any and all DOA policies set forth by Reefers Direct Aquatics. These policies are subject to change without notice.

Wholesale Customers:

The minimum for an order to get shipped is $400. You can combine multiple orders to reach the $400 dollar minimum. We do not allow orders to be combined under two different company names.

All corals are on a first come first serve basis, we do not hold corals under any circumstance and any pending orders must ship within two business days.

Please note, Reefers Direct cannot be held accountable for

  • Any delays in shipped caused by Fedex
  • Delays due to weather, mechanical failures, etc
  • If a package is rejected for any reason
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Failure to open package within the two hour time frame provided for DOA claims
We will always do our best to work with our customers in the event of a lost or delayed package but unfortunately they are not covered by our standard DOA policy.
